When I left Monroe a couple years ago there weren’t much. I’ll give funroe that much, as big of a shithole as it was it wasn’t overrun with homeless.

It would be a terrible place to be homeless. Not a ton of busy intersections, poor and weather sucks.
All the major streets in downtown are near or in the hood
