The last time we did instacart at Winn Dixie we got lucky. When the girl texted that they were out of something or other and asking if we wanted to approve the alternate, my wife mentioned TP, so the girl went to that aisle and lo and behold, they had it. It wasn't on the site when we ordered but it was there when she was shopping.

I don't think so, but I bought 4 30-packs from Costco to be safe.

This is related, but Rouses must have seen this coming as they posted a note now at all the registers that all sales are now final in an effort to protect their staff.

If you do have an item that is defective they will try to accommodate you.

I see plenty of TP at all the stores I go to.

I wouldn't say plenty....I still can't find the good stuff that I like to use on my arse. I'm still having to buy the cheap shite.

The worst part of the TP hoarding is you can't find any to have shipped. Sometimes I can put it in my cart to order from Sam's, but when I try to pay for it, it says they don't have it. I'm trying to stay out of the stores because my 89 year old dad and 84 year old mom live with me. I went to Sam's last Tuesday morning at 7am and picked up a large order of food, and I've sat in the car while Walmart put groceries in the back of the Highlander, and I went to the Walmart tower to pick up an order one day. Haven't been inside any other businesses.

Went to Walmart earlier today and there must have been a helluva run on it this weekend because the only shite left was that generic 4 pack of single rolls for like $1.50. I'm sure I'm gonna love it when I have to dip into that garbage.

Went to mine today and they must have just rolled out a huge pallet and it was going fast. Limited to one pack per customer.

I was at Sam’s last week, and there were people with 4 packs of 45 rolls each in their cart- a limit of 2 for each shopper. I almost lost my shite. I picked up 2 packs, but one is for my MIL who is home bound right now. I hope that Sam’s has reduced their limit to 1 per person since then- I know they stopped allowing guests after the day I was there. They made that announcement while I was in line

It may not be the finest in the world, but it'll flush down your commode and will eventually put that "new car shine" on your arse, but nearly every gas station has several rolls on that back bastard step child of an isle that only weirdos like myself go down.

Hey: Hard times call for drastic measures.
