I taught both a Michael and a Mary last year.

And in the past three years I’ve taught a Mary Evelyn and a Mary Beth.

George Carlin did a comedy piece on exactly that same subject. "Eddie, Joey, Vinnie, and Bobby, would kick the shite out of Tyler, Taylor Trent and Mason". Something to that effect

Trending to new made up names with lots of vowels. A segment of our population has been doing that for some time.

Biblical name is a must for our child.

The wife favors Matthew, but I like Pontius.

You realize that (like so many other Germanic terms) the name “Wolfgang” is multiple words jammed together?

Wolf (obviously for “wolf”) and Gang is for “path, travel, or journey”. So, in essence, you’ll be naming him the Teutonic equivalent of John Patrick.

Sorry if Germans.

I hate all these new names. They’re such shite. I’m more of a traditional name kind of guy - William, Johnathan, Mary, Alexander, Julie, Audrey, Michael, etc..

My wife and I came very close to naming our daughter Evelyn last summer. Love that name for a girl.

the worst thing about the latest trends in baby names is the masculine names being given to girls. I bet all these names listed have been given to a poor little girl somewhere.
