Are gumps the slowest, most brain dead drivers on the road?

At Orange beach and driving up and down 59 all tbe gumps creep along in the fast lane. Then at the lights when they turn green, it doesn't matter if they are the first or fifth car, they just sit tbere. So you have to go around their dumb asses, and then furtber down the road they pass you up and then gradually slow down to a snails pace. Next light, repeat the whole process.
