Dunno about slowest. But I-10 in NO East has some terrible drivers.

They are pretty terrible; crappy old vehicles that move too slowly, no comprehension of lane usage, and just general lack of awareness.
That said, they are far better than the typical Baton Rouge driver.

I don't know but I firmly believe when people reach 60, 65 maybe they need to either have their license taken away or they need to redo a driving test. I have nearly been run off the road by 3 old people in the last two weeks. No clue how to merge, what yield means, checking their blindspots, etc.
