Eggs are good for you, information to the contrary is a lie- "disinformation" as we call it now- started by the government for political reasons.

You can look this up: as the Vietnam War ground on, inflation started rising, and President Lyndon Johnson ordered his surgeon general to warn people about the "danger" of cholesterol. This was his plan to reduce demand and therefore the price of eggs. He engaged in other behavior just as dumb, such as thuggish "requests" to TV makers to hold down the price of color TVs. The story is discussed [link=(here)]https://www.npr.org/sections/money/2011/06/24/137400235/lbj-fights-inflation-one-egg-at-a-time[/link] and many other places.

They were put here on earth for you to consume.

Don’t ever believe something that is meant for consumption that is actual nutrition is ever gonna be bad.

Eggs are actually quite healthy for most people, and there were significant overblown studies in the late 80's and early 90's that pushed back on them. If eaten in moderation, they have significant benefits.

If you have high risk health issues like high cholesterol though, eggs should be reduced.

As usual, the research areas overdo things and instead of recommending moderation, push for removal from the diet.

Just eat things in moderation, watch your weight and be sure to get at least some cardio exercise regularly.

First thing I eat every day is 4 boiled eggs. I get the Happy organic free range eggs, you can notice the difference in the shell and the yolk is orange like it’s supposed to be. People think of egg yolk as yellow but that’s just the cheaper caged chicken crap. One day I will have my own chickens.

They're fine for you, unless you're a candyass.

Just like hetro sex, bourbon, and loving God is good for you.

Grandad has B&E every morning for 50 years until Grandma passed, he stroked out 6 years later at 94. So yeah they did him in.

You'll find that a lot of natural foods that the big bio ag co's and big pharma don't make money off of, seem to have to fight some battle in the media every so often.

The egg farts must have been horrific. Unless somehow his body adjusted to it and produced normal flatulence.

You don’t have to eat eggs in moderation. You can eat a dozen a day and be fine and maybe even better

Every morning I have 2-3 eggs and I cook them in bacon grease. I quit using cooking sprays. My blood work is great, I feel great and my erections couldn’t be harder.
