Are Democrats providing behind the curtain benefits to companies for tran support?

Or promises of future tax cuts or something shady?
Like, I just don't understand the move by Budlight and Nike
Why not just stay neutral on the political position? What's the gain here really for them?

They gain support on the fringes while not losing core support because normal people don't have time for boycotts.

The more people who become trans means the more drugs that are sold that is needed to transition and more doctors who do these surgeries have more patients.
If I had to guess, its probably like anything else. There are politicians whose pockets are being lined by lobbyist groups who represent those pharmaceutical companies and those type of doctors.
Also, like anything else, it all comes down to who is financially gaining from it. At the end of the day, that what it all comes down to.

This may come as a shock to you in your echo chamber but in 2023 the vast majority of people arent bigoted towards LGBQT people.

It’s gender as a service. Trans people will never not need medicine and more surgeries.

I still don't see the gain. Why not market Mexicans, way bigger crowd.

You don’t have any more clue about “vast majority of people” than anyone else, fricktard.
Oh and there’s the dog whistle word “bigot.”

If by "behind the curtain benefits" you mean "blowies behind the 7/11" then yes.

The T part of that is where a lot of folks who didn’t give a frick are drawing the line

They do that too. But right now, the easy way to score points is trans/gay support, thanks to the ridiculous amount of national presence conservatives have given them with their wave of laws and criticism.

Yeah it does alienate part of their customer base which is something you’d think companies wouldn't try to do.
I guess they think the ads will bring in more new customers than they lose.

This is truth. Social scores are coming to individuals at some point. Democrats are taking their cues from communist China, and all of this stuff is on their agenda.

If only there were a Poli board for this shite. Wait....

Which seems unlikely but I’m real bad at thinking about the future

Corporate executives are absolutely terrified of the inevitable social media blowback their company would experience if some pronouner employee “exposed” their lack of commitment to social justice.

That particular lunatic is openly and aggressively mocking the shite out of real women and people are cheering it on. It's hilarious.
