That is crazy and true. I have family in a newer development off Bluebonnet. Every house is the same variation and the same color. "Just look for the Beige house with the black mailbox". Literally every house fits that description.

Property assessor's office says the home (1309 Cleary Ave) is owned by a Glenda F. Surgi. Could be the guy's mother, landlord, etc.
Is there a way to anonymously report it to codes? If so, that's probably the route I'd take.

He was standing on the piece of furniture in the middle next to the side walk. It was about 8:30 and it was already dark. Don't know how long he stood out there.
