Everything close to LSU is a section 8 warzone. The closest you can get is Prarieville.

We bought a house for our daughter in Magnolia Lakes, off Burbank. She graduated in December, and got a job, so we're getting the house ready to sell. You should look for a small house - better investment in my opinion...

I had a friend who owned a condo there that he used when he was in town. We met Glenn Dorsey in the parking garage when he walked up on us checking out his Rolls. Glenn Dorsey is a very large man.
