In the scope of campaign abuse 19k is trivial.
Not that it should be but we live in a country where our elected officials mysteriously add tens or hundreds of millions to their net worth.
The depression thing is pretty common in young people especially. If it (ketamine) works I am happy for her. Hopefully a less depressed mental state results in more positive behavior.
