Next time you hear some feminist skank talk about the patriarchy, remind her that women dominate Family Courts across this country and, every day, prevent thousands of honest and decent men from having a full relationship with their children.

I've done Family Court cases for years and your average female lawyer is a man-hating biotch with at least 1 ex-husband and a couple of ingrate kids who show up on the police blotter periodically.

Do you know why they dominate family courts? Because less than 100 yrs ago in this country a man could still leave his wife and kids to fend for themselves or starve to death. And they did more than a few times.

And now the pendulum has swung the other way. A guy can bust his arse working to provide for his family and then, in an instant, it can all be taken away. I have seen so many good men be falsely accused of abuse or neglect or violence, just so a woman can prevent him from seeing his kids. I have seen so many children used as pawns by women to get more money to support their lifestyle in exchange for a day or two more visitations per month. It makes you jaded and cynical.

50/50 shouldn't be a problem. I know one case dad spent 1st year needing rehab, no payments, no last name, no care. Kid turns 3 cleans up his act, goes to court for custody. Is ordered to make things right financially then gets 50/50. This was in La. In the last year.

I've been through a custody war and they suck. First thing you need to do is a dna test. Even If it's not yours you may get stuck paying child support. Second not all lawyers are equal. Some are lazy fricks and will just take your money. Find one thast's the meanest sob there is. If you live in same town you should get 50/50.
