We've had a few, including drive-by's. No chance I could have gotten my parents to drive me from house to house to trick or treat. Nor would I have wanted them to. You need the pause between houses to compare what you got compared to your friends.
Last year we had a trick-or-treater driving herself from house to house. That was when we shut it down for the night. At least she was in costume.

Two. Pretty sad. It typically looks like something from a movie.

It’s been happening in my neighborhood. I left my candy bowl out in the driveway and now it’s nearly empty.

I thought the main horde was it but we had a second smaller horde (maybe 40) just now. I did notice a couple of double-dippers from the previous big group. Now I am hoping we just have a few stragglers because we are running low on candy, don't wanna have to turn the lights off on anyone.

Had about 30 kids so far. Usually have 100 or so. It's good to see some kids out there being normal

Just started a thread. Wish I saw this one.
Had 150+ the last 3 years. This year we barely had 10 before calling it quits at 7:30 due to complete lack of trick or treaters. I’m bummed.

I'm in Lake Charles and it's so depressing of the lack of halloween decorations

Oh yeah , very festive during the holidays . Pretty common to have a house full kids . 16 yo football players and their girlfriends are funny as hell .
