Stair towers on each corner. Elevator shafts are in the center of the building.

Doesn't seem like a mini storage would be the highest and best use of that property. But it could well be that.

right? there are already a ton of mini-storages within a few blocks. high end retail mixed with either office space or residential units could probably have gotten more $ per sq ft, although they would have had to include a couple levels of parking
