I'm sure there's a few homos here.
By the time you're finished fricking around driving to get gas and oil, mixing it, filling, priming, choking, cranking, choking again, cranking again.... I'm already finished trimming. And I don't have to store a gas can and wash the smell off my hands when I'm finished.
The tech is improving fast and very soon, if not already, the same will be true for mowers. It's really just a question of whether there's enough juice to mow your whole yard.

I had the same brand and problem. However, I replaced 2 batteries under warranty and it happened again. I just gave up and went back to gas. I liked the electric when the batteries worked though.

I have one of the cheapest battery powered mowers out there (40V Ryobi 20-inch cutting deck) and have been happy with it. I'm going into year 3 of using it and have not had any battery issues.

The newer gas lawnmowers arent like your grandpa's lawnmower. They start on the first pull and you don't mix shite. Just buy eth- free gas. That's key. Don't completely dismiss the modern gas motors.

Those batteries are huge/heavy. I guess I'd say more awkward than a regular gas mower. Maybe it's just the model they have.
Put it this way, id rather load my gas push mower into the back of my truck and take it over there instead of using their electric one.
