My mom went to La Tech with Terry Bradshaw, I assume that's where it came from.

Hopefully he didn't hit it

My son. His middle name is Weston, so I call him West.

Sometimes I call him Wild Wild West.

He likes it. It works.

I go by my middle name and it's a pain in school and all paperwork.

Eta in college I just went by my first name because it's a pain in the arse otherwise

Yes, Sayre is my middle name and the one I use in everyday life. I'm a Jr. My family called me Sayre to avoid confusion, I guess.

It never gets easier, lol.

When I am working I get paid every week, and the checks always have my first name and not my middle name at all , so it causes a lot of confusion at first with the foreman

I've been called a nickname since birth. It's not even on my birth certificate. Talk about a clusterfrick when someone writes me a check with the only name they know me by. I have no clue why my parents just didn't make that my name.

My dad does, but literally no one calls him by his first name. Not even my grandparents.

I honestly think if someone on the street called him by his first name, he would think that someone else with that name was right behind him.

Me and my brother have the same first name so we both go by middle names. When I applied for college he had already flunked out a few years before and I was accepted “back in on probation”. I had to go up to the university and straighten out the fact that we were two different people, I was pretty pissed and Asked them if they bothered to do any actual work to realize I was 5 years younger, different SS#, or if they just researched first and last name in their records.
