Anyone here go by their middle name??

Mine is Wayne fwiw. I was named for my dead uncle who was named after John Wayne.

middle name here, i'm a Jr, so my dad goes by his first name and i go by my middle.
EDIT: going by my middle name helps in screening phone calls. when ever i get a call asking for my first name, its a telemarketer....

I gave my son my name (jr.) and we call him by his middle name to avoid confusion.
This causes problems for him because every teacher or other person in some official role always uses his first name.
I guess it’s better than naming him Sue.

I go by my middle name to everyone who knows me. To the rest of the world I just answer to my first name since that is what is on all of my accounts, cards, documents, etc.

I've never really had a problem with it. First day of school every year was kind of annoying, but not a huge deal.
