Anyone have triplets or 3 children in car seats? What are my options for vehicles?

Besides a van!! I refuse to buy a van.
I would prefer all three seats to be in the second row as well.
SO has a highlander with a third row but its actually one of the only SUVs that cant fit 3 in the second row

we have VW Atlas.. the thought of (A) trying to fit a third carseat in the 2nd row and (B) getting kids in and out of each seat sounds like a personal slice of hell

Suburban with a bench in the second row, not Captain's chairs. Plenty of room in the back to put strollers, ice chests, etc. and can pull a trailer, boat, etc. When family comes in, we can all ride together. I fit 7 adults easily. It's my favorite vehicle I've ever owned.

Depends on the ages.
You’re basically screwed when it comes to sedans so a van or an extended SUV (something with third row seats like a Pilot) is your best plan.
Theoretically you can fit 3 on the second row of a Pilot but it tends to be a very bad idea, especially if one or more kids are in a baby car seat or the bulkier infant ones rather than a backed shoulder belt one intended for kids around the 5-6 year old range.
