there's one in ATL near where I live and someone was telling me it's like $250 a month to go there. And the place is alwasy packed out. Is it basically just the new crossfit? What makes it different to where people would spend that kinda money?

Yea it sucks, but I loathe running and it's convenient for right after I workout. Eventually I want to buy a road bike and start doing some distance rides.

honestly you can turn any cardio you are doing into a HIIT version. Just turn it into intervals where you do 100% for a short time. thats basically it.

Thanks...don't think my gym has those kind of bikes. I'll just do intervals on the spin type bikes.

I DVR movies specifically for my bike time, and I have to use headphones because the Assault Bike is so loud.

I also DVR episodes of Jeopardy, I find time flies with Jeopardy.
