I’ll go even further with Kobe’s death
Not only was it a 24/7 ridiculous news fest, he became the face of “girl dad”
The man who publicly embarrassed his wife by cheating on her (you know a girl), and possibly raped a woman(also a girl), became the media icon for “Girl Dad”
So black people and the media need to spare me the outrage on celebrating a person who died that had a checkered past

Where did these Kobe comparisons come from?
I was a Kobe hater but he always had fans.
Hulk Hogan was booed this year at his final WWE appearance and wasn't even on speaking terms with his daughter when he passed.
If his own daughter couldn't forgive him its hard to expect everyone else to.

“How can you honor a man that cheated on his wife!!!!!”

Black peoples and the media had no issue with slurping on the Kobe knob all the way to the balls

You think Hogan was fired and kicked out of the WWE Hall of Fame for cheating?

Who cares why people hated him or he was fired
Why are people being attacked for honoring him after his death when honoring the rapist was accepted?
Jim brown was also a massive piece of shite. Why the lack of outrage for his celebrations after his death?
Answer that

quote:Because Hogan was an unapologetic racist. He didn't "need" to apologize at all, but felt it was right after learning about Hogan's transgressions. He's capable of humility, and this upsets people who aren't.
Well, what did he say or do that upset his followers? From what I saw, they got upset that he wore some Hulk Hogan gear. Why is an apology needed for that?

Even in the wrestling context, Ric Flair was a walking sexual assault case but very few will celebrate his death in the same way Hogan is hated for saying a mean word 20 years ago

Correct
Raping women, beating women, cheating on your wife-who cares honor their life
Saying a word
UNFORGIVABLE

Hogan did apologize. Its fricked up that those tapes were released but I definitely understand why some people couldn't forgive him, including his daughter. I think he clearly had some issues. The wrestling business is full of guys like that.

2. Aside from the racism, Hogan was actively bad for every other wrestler around that wasn't named Hogan - he is pretty much solely the reason they still aren't unionized today and still have to pay for their own health insurance.
3. Ric Flair was also a piece of shite whose death will get 0 sympathy from me, but at least he has a catalogue of good matches to watch, unlike his dead counterpart.

Wait so you think he just said a bad word, he didn't actual feel that way?

Don’t get me wrong, Hogan was not a good person. My issue is that people seem to selectively choose who it’s acceptable to “separate the art from the artist” and the lines make no fricking sense

Same here, but with a name like Joey Swoll, he sounds like a total douchebag that stepped off the set of "Jersey Shore".

He said he didn't want his daughter dating black guys. Not exactly the crime of the century.
EDIT: Also, Joey Swoll's a bitch. He makes his living calling people out on the internet, but cries & runs away the first time the tables are turned on him.

Like a basketball player! I guess we’re all a little racist. fricking n|gger.”
Took him eight years to "apologize" because he wanted to get back in the WWE locker room, where he clarified to the guys to always be cautious of what you say in front of cameras
