yep. i noticed the baseball team kids doing a karate kid pose after getting a hit. come to find out its a new trend based on some ghetto trash fairy song. I would kick my boys arse if I caught him doing that.

I find that the Hispanics at our schools love saying the n-word. The go-to phrase is to call someone else a bitch arse n***a. They use the word more than black kids.

I think it is less common as well. It is more open now so maybe the younger kids are doing it at an earlier age but then by the time they grow up they realize it is not cool at all?

Kids today, as kids have done in all past generations, are a reflection of what they see in the media and popular culture. They’re influenced by what they see snd hear in advertisements, movies, music, TV, etc.
Virtually all media and entertainment outlets have for the past 20 years promoted urban culture heavily. Kids today simply reflect that fact.
