I'll be up in 3 hours max. Hard to come down from a day.

Tigerdroppings makes it harder.

And easier at the same time.

I've had exactly one good night's sleep since March 11th. It sucks.

I have a huge crick in my neck and thus am laying flat on my back without a pillow. Two nights straight.

Exercise or run to exhaustion in the evenings, fatass, and you won't be up posting dumb threads like this

Even as a kid I had that problem. I remember staying up til 4 AM every night during the summer playing games when I was in 4th grade, and during school days I would just stare at the ceiling most nights until late since I was supposed to be asleep.

This kept on until I hit college. Then I became an alcoholic and that helped me fall asleep sooner. I've been sober for a while now so I'm back to not being able to sleep. But at least the little bit of sleep I do get is natural sleep and not passed out due to substances and I don't wake up feeling like I ran into a brick wall repeatedly.

Smoking the herb actually helps a lot with the sleep without the hangover effect, and I did use that to make getting sober a little easier but now I got to pass drug tests for work so that's off the table until hopefully it's federally legalized, at least medically so I can get a subscription to help me because that shite really does help.

This sounds like me. Except I never really got hangovers until the 2-4 years after college when still drinking very heavily, among other things.

Left it all in the rearview, except socially drinking and once every blue moon rocking out and still can’t get my sleep schedule straight.

Yeah, worst I ever had was no sleep in 5 days. Wasnt meth or cocaine, but prescription medicine I had a bad reaction to.

Ever since, I've had sleep issues.

I’m pretty sure I sober up around 2-3am and that’s why I wake up. I’ll get sleepy again around 5-5:30 and catch myself another hour of sleep (usually). I really need to quit drinking and try the sober life for while and see what it’s like.

I had horrible trouble sleeping until college. Usually, I was drinking damn near very day in college. Now, I can’t do that. I have found that if I exercise in the afternoon and I don’t eat any carbs past 2 pm, except green veggies and cheese, I sleep like the dead.

Easier said than done, but in most cases it’s mind over matter. Routine before bed helps many. Things like diffusers with lavender oil and sound machines also help. Exercise can help as well.

I’m one of those assholes that can fall asleep drinking a cup of coffee
