I'm just the opposite as flat footed as anyone can be. If I step out of a pool, instead of a foot print with a curve it just goes straight from the heel to the big toe. Right big toe has a kobalt joint in it, blew the cartilage as a teen and arthritis ate it up. Bone spur on my left achilles of my left heel, and a sometime sufferer of gout.

I’ll bet if a poll were taken, 99.9999% of OTer’s would agree that the human male bare foot is one of the most gross things on the planet an should always remain hidden from view of others.

When I was running a lot, like marathon/ironman training level, my feet were disgusting. Just a lot of callus build up. Broke down and would get a pedicure every once in a while. Would suggest if your feet get all rough and nasty. Took some convincing myself to go into a nail salon the first time, but that went away fast.
