Get off and stay off social media. Get rid of fricking cable. These days I really only pay attention to local news and if I want to find out something more there’s always the internet.
Find work that’s meaningful and if you can’t do that, at least have some sort of outlet or hobbies outside of it to keep you sane. Read more, go outside more, and for fricks sake live within your means. You don’t need the newest iPhone or whatever gay new fad is being mass produced to be shoved down the public’s throats.
