“meanwhile, at rouses on tchoup, someone was locked in the security office for shoplifting but then crawled into the ceiling, so NOPD had to go after him with pickaxes? i dunno man.”
“Apparently a guy got caught shoplifting booze, got locked in the office, climbed into the ceiling, ended up falling from the 2nd floor to the 1st, and getting stuck in a bathroom wall. Police and firefighters spent 1.5 hours knocking holes in walls trying to find him. They did.“

It's not a matter of what you KNOW to be fact, it's a matter of what you can prove.
I doubt you'll be able to get all of these prostitutes to come and testify that they are, IN FACT, prostitutes that were hired by Donny Rouse.
