There’s a good number of houses for sale right now…but it doesn’t seem like prices have gone down just yet.

The only place in the area I know of that's referred to as a "lake" with actual houses on it, is Sportsman's Lake. I think there's like six there.

It was always funny growing up people would go to their "cabin" and its a multi-millions dollar luxury water front home estate
