Been reading about it and it's healing properties. Of course the go-to celeb practice is Transcendental Meditation (TM) but I've noticed lately just making time for regular inner reflection does me some good.

I usually find a 15-20 minute video on youtube and carve out some chill time. Do any of you have a particular technique that works?

I've heard that it can really work wonders for people. Being married with Kids I don't get much quiet alone time. So basically open a beer and go hide outside. Either that or work a little late / go to the titty bar.

Go to youtube and try some guided meditation with Joseph Goldstein. He's very good with Vipassana.

Running gives me time for reflection that I feel is helpful for staying centered. I'm assuming that true meditation involves focus and visualization techniques?

Gotta admit. I've been thinking hard about taking a yoga class a couple of times a week.

Meditation is great for the soul and spirit.

I like a blend of yoga and meditation.

No. The voices become too powerful when I try.
