We had 2 concerts planned in Dallas this summer, and now both have been ‘rescheduled’ until 2021. Ticketmaster won’t issue refunds since the event is not technically cancelled. Has anybody had any success getting a refund despite their refund policy?

Good luck with that, Ticketbastard sucks. I was refunded money for Body Count, which was canceled. Guns N Roses in July is still supposed to happen.

No. Elton John in Dallas next month. Have to wait till 2021. Hopefully I’ll be able to sell these later if I can’t go

Same with Rogan & Chappelle Comedy show. Hasn’t been officially cancelled yet but I highly doubt they’ll re-schedule. So no refunds until they do eventually cancel

GNR just announced today that the US Summer tour is postponed. No new dates yet. I have a pit ticket so it is going to be interesting to see if there is still a pit. I have tickets to 6 shows this spring & summer that are now postponed. I am just going to wait for the new dates & not deal with the unreal mess of attempting to get a refund. Plus if they are cancelled you will automatically get your money back.

Yeah, no luck on refunds because everything I had tickets to is just postponed. I'm a little worried about football tickets. I haven't heard anything from the university on how they are going to handle season tickets if stadiums can't be at full capacity this fall. I seriously doubt that any college AD right now would have the money to refund huge numbers of season tickets

I had tickets to an event that cancelled. Was informed it will take up to a month to see my money back. Of course the purchase processed overnight.

Doesn't apply to me, but the policy for people who had bought tickets from a reseller will have to go thru a hurdle so far as tracking down their refund.

Unfortunately Joe just got another offer from Spotify granting them exclusive rights to the stand up show beginning in September. Don’t worry though you can still go to the show, but an additional $9.99 will be added to your ticket cost.

It will also be airing for free (with commercial ads) via audio speakers in the parking garage if you choose not to pay the additional $9.99

I had tickets to see a concert in October and it got rescheduled to next October. I had the option to select a refund, so it might depend on the artist.

Last year, I got a refund for the Rolling Stones in New Orleans when it was rescheduled a day or two later than the original concert.

The tickets were Ticketmaster.

I then repurchased a ticket because some people couldn't go on the rescheduled date because it was a week night.

Got floor seats!!!!!

I was supposed to see the Stones in Austin this coming weekend.

Put in for my refund about 3 weeks ago (as soon as I heard they’d entertain refund requests). Still waiting. They said it “may take up to 30 days to process”.
