We had tickets for Jimmy Buffet in Houston this past weekend. Event was rescheduled to June, but was then cancelled about two weeks ago. We were given the option of a credit for future ticket purchases or a full refund, Refund will take up to 30 days.

I was denied a refund to Chapelle/Rogan since it was postponed until September.
