AP is a tool indeed. If it turns out he helped influence an FCC decision that will eventually affect everyone with a web connection so that he and a broadcasting company would benefit unfairly, then he’s a piece of shite and should share a cell with Bubba.

The repeal won't take effect until 60 days after publication in the Federal Register- which hasn't happened yet but is expected in the next few months. In other words, we're still operating under net neutrality for the time being so you shouldn't expect to see any changes yet.
