Because they both went to the doctor and got the nose test (the one that burns like a motherfricker). Tested positive for the Flu.

OK. As others have said, it's not a guarantee against the flu. I get the flu vax every year for the last 20 or so and have not had the flu. In fact, the only thing I've noticed are these sudden urges to do things that weren't on my mind the moment before. Weird, like someone else is quickly and temporarily controlling my thoughts.

I've been getting the flu shot for 10 years. I haven't caught the flu in 11 years.

I'm more worried about the radiation emanating from my smart energy meter.

No flu shot, no flu, but I did get a slight sinus infection after smoking a blunt while on vacation in crested butted.

fact - going to a doctors office is 80% certainty you will catch the flu since everyone who has the flu has been hacking and sneezing on every surface and person in that office

Love a good OT FACT

tamiflu works well when given immediately when symptoms start. knocks it out in 1-2 days. can also be given to other kids in household as prevention.

Our kid is home with the flu this week. I got the shot; my husband didn’t. So far, we’re both good. We shall see. I’ve only gotten sick with the flu once as a teen. Not something I want to do again.
