You guys know that antibiotics are only for bacterial infections, right? Steroids and therapeutics might help, but you’re wrecking your gut for no reason with antibiotics.

It seems like there’s some sort of bad viral upper respiratory infection that goes around right after Mardi Gras every year. It’s why everyone thought they had Covid right before the shutdowns.

I had some funky flu strain a few weeks ago. I’ve had a lingering cough since. Apparently it’s common. It sucks. My chest muscles hurt from coughing so much.

Sudafed, Mucinex, Ibuprofen and Emergen-Cs with lots of water will knock that shite out.

Yep I had it begin over the holidays and continued almost the entire month of January. What final stopped it within 24 hours I kid you not was taking Zinc + Quercetin.

If it's a cold and not allergies, have your vitamin D level checked. It's common for D levels to drop in the winter. A few years ago, I kept getting sick, and it turned out that my level was severely low. Since I got that corrected, I rarely get colds or flu.

Many have had this since Oct. No antibiotic touches it. Use vicks to stop bronchitis. Misery cold virus.

Thanks for Zyrtec reminder. If you happen to go to emergency surgery the entire hospital/nurses are hacking. Leaving the hospital is better for health regarding this.

Kids spread it from school to home. Also Flu A, B and covid.
