I missed tryouts. Do they need an agitator who is intentionally careless with his stick with limited two- way skills who is a cancer in the locker room? I can bring all that and more . Plus I know the lyrics to Oh Canada and can sing our national anthem in a pinch.

Since they play at the River Center, why not call the team the "Baton Rouge Skippers" and call the River Center "The Bridge" or the "Wheel House"....of if they play like shite call it "The Head"

It's the Raising Cane's River Center. Might as well call them the Baton Rouge Undersized Tendies.
All joking aside, "Zydeco" is meant to pull the surrounding parishes to the arena, but I'm not sure the old Ice Gator fans are excited about crossing the Atchafalaya to come watch a Baton Rouge team play.

It was cool seeing a lot of people with their old kingfish jerseys last night. I forgot how great some of those jersey designs were. The mardi gras ones were straight fiya.
