Assuming level prices from my suppliers and to my customers, I only get a pay increase if I sell more next year than I did this year. I am shooting for a 10% net increase, but will be happy with 5%.

I have been maxed out at my level for 3 years. Currently taking more college classes so I can pad the resume and get a better job when my boss retires this summer.

I'll probably be making 20% of what I did last year. At least I hope so. I've been trying to retire for a while.
