Interesting connection. There is a white rabbit that lurks in our neighborhood. Have no idea how a coyote has not eaten his arse yet, but he has been around for over 1 year.

My kids had a beast of a pet rabbit that was white named Hopper. He procreated a couple of litters and one them had this absolute runt that got picked on by all of the other rabbits. Eventually when the runt got big enough he killed a few siblings and Hopper, who was still twice his size.

I used to raise American Whites and New Zealand Whites. Both look like this:
Also had a few California Whites, Dutch White and Black, and couple lop ear varieties.
The American and New Zealand Whites were the best eating, and folks loved the cute pink eyes around Easter.

I have a cat that was born pure white.
The fur stayed pure white until about a year old. He now has hit of brown in his fur. The blueish red eyes are what gets me with this cat. And he loves to play with his own crap and leaves the softest poop possible.
I bought an auto cleaning litter box and he will jump in it when the grater passes to pick up the the poop. He will some times jump it to leave a fresh batch when it is on the other side when it has just cleaned the box. So the poop will get smashed on the other side.
