Wildlife and Fisheries took an ad out in the paper paying $5 per nutria tail. Tanden’s people are about to get slaughtered. OT Nutria Hunt?

Been doing it for years Go chase down 40 nutria, hack off tail then sell. It comes out to a nasty min wage

I've tried this back in the early 90's and WLF to me I had to apply for a trappers license to be able to participate in the program. Not sure if they have changed it or not but I never did get my license.
