Apparently her face in the photo is the same as a 2016 Vogue magazine cover.

My theory is that Kate had plastic surgery of some sort and perhaps it was botched in some way.

Oh, Agreed- I was more interested in the timing of the first.
3.50 months post-elope.
1st is a shoe in as an anchor, but knowing what we do now, odds on numbers 2 & 3 actually both being his?
Without seeing what kids look like, 50/50 at least one isn't a true Cholmondeley / 'Rocksavage'?
