We've divided the chores up and laundry isn't one of mine, but if the Mrs is busy or I'm off and there's some to be done I just do it.

I don't HAVE to, but I choose to do the household's laundry, and it's been that way since I got married 25 years ago. I figured it would be a good way to sit on my arse all day on Saturdays in the Fall and watch football.

We both do the laundry. We don't really have a system, other than one of us sees the basket is pretty full, so we'll throw a load in the washer. It's not a big deal for either of us.

I have a good wife and she didn’t marry a bitch. So no, I don’t do laundry. My job is to make the money that pays for the laundry.

If so, how often?

I wash my own clothes, my wife washes hers.

How often? every 2 weeks. I hate folding and putting away clothes, so one big pile once every 2 weeks works for me.

I'm not allowed to use the appliances, but I have the privilege of fixing them if one breaks. I supply the dirty stuff with everyone else's, and 4 out of 5 times I pull all my stuff out of the clean pile and fold/put up because I don't want to wait for her to get to it.

I did the laundry when I noticed my new golf polo shirts ended up faded after one washing and drying cycle. I was told to do them myself if I wanted. Haha. So, I did.

I put the clothes in the dryer. That's pretty much the extent of my laundry duty.

I do my own laundry. Wife does her own. We split duties with kids. Older one folds his own laundry and we just wash his clothes. Younger one is too young to start that chore.

I would gladly do laundry but apparently I don’t do it right.

I’ve been relegated to folding duty, the lowliest of laundry positions.

I do mine, she does hers. I don't want to be dependent on someone else. Works out great!
