I think there is some type of horse shampoo that is suppose to help your hair grow... Seriously. I don't know the name of it, but I heard people saying they used it.

Nope. There are things that make your hair stronger and more resilient, so it will stay long and not break... But there is no magic item that makes your hair grow faster. If there was, you wouldn't see women out there paying $$$$ for hair extensions.

A biotin supplement would be far more beneficial for you than shampoo though. Biotin is a vitamin that makes your hair and nails stronger, which decreases the chance of breakage. I don't really see what using it topically would do, but I could be wrong.

Edit: If you're referencing hair *loss*, I know there are things on the market for it, but I know little to nothing about them. I thought you meant hair growth as in .. longer hair.

Rogaine, Propecia and Nizoral.

Started losing hair 15 years ago and I haven't lost any since I started. Those are medically accepted. Everything else is snake oil.
