Are you the middle-aged loser at the park trying to challenge kids to race him?

Captain obvious here. Having hair is so much better than not having hair.

Do you use the generic brand of finasteride?
I do.. It's Proscar 5mg.. Get a pill splitter, 1/4 the pill, dosage ends up being 1.25 mg, slightly over the Propecia 1 mg, but much cheaper. Just tell your dermatalogist about Proscar and pill splitting, because they might not know.
ETA: For the older guys, get your plumbing checked, as it can slightly raise your risk of prostate cancer. Proscar was a medication for enlarged prostate treatment.. They happened upon the side affect of hair regrowth.

Propecia/Finestaride can essentially stop or drastically slow the balding process down for most men but you have to start taking it early on as it will likely not regrow much hair.

Quite honestly, I enjoy having something covering my scalp. You look better the vast majority of the time and your scalp is not getting sunburned sans a hat.

I am one of the lucky ones. Recession around my temples started advancing downwards in two months with new growth. But I also stopped Adderall, and I think that was accelerating hair loss.

Getting into shape is equivalent to training for the combine?

Where did you get that idea from?

I don't know if there are any medical studies on hair loss and adderal, but I feel like my hair loss has rapidly accelerated since I started taking it 8 months ago
I really don't wanna stop taking it though

Pharmacist here. I get this question a lot. There are a lot of BS products and only two actually work. Generic propecia is cheap with a discount card at the pharmacy - your insurance won't cover it. You will have to keep taking it to see results and it can make some people dizzy.
Over the counter topical Rogaine can help, but again you have to keep using it to keep the hair.
Both options are expensive considering you must keep buying them to keep the results. They also don't work for a lot of men. If it's that important to you, go for implants. It might not be a big deal to your SO. Even if my husband lost all his hair IWHI.

It can't be any more than my stellara shots

Doesn't this have some crazy arse sexual side effects?

Unfortunately if you have to take Stellara the pharmacological and surgical options for hair loss would probably be less effective although it might work for some. I would have to research to be sure though.

Buy a clipper and be done with it. You're a man, you are not judged by your hair.

Except possible prostate cancer. No biggie.

Thinning hair/hair loss is a side effect.

For some yes, like 5% or so. I haven't had any issues.
