Propecia/Proscar 1mg + Minoxidil 5 mg is pretty much your only option sans surgery.

It saved my sex life. A guy in his 30s can bang out girls being bald. When you're 21, that shite is devastating.
Agreed. Now I have all the time in the world to make my way through Atlanta.
Only side effect that I've noticed is I stopped getting morning wood. I read some other people had that too but when they stopped taking the drug it came back 2 days later. Not a problem for me, now I have more time in the mornings

I tried rogaine foam once... pretty sure it made it worse.
It does, temporarily. It's called shedding.. The small hair follicle falls out and is replaced by a thicker one.
Some people don't realize all of your hair is still there, it just shrinks over time.

Isn't there a commercial about a procedure where they essentially tattoo your scalp to make it look like you have a tight hair cut? Can't remember the name...

Why else would you work out?
Just to look "swole"? Get over your fricking self man. How about just striving to be healthy and possibly live a better and longer life?
What does lifting weights and eating healthy have to do with working on your speed, agility and flexibility?
I mean more power to you if you want that, but why are you pretending like it's a requirement for a healthy life?

As a balding gentleman with 8 dollars, more details would be appreciated.
Got you covered. Basically just made an appointment with local doctor. They had an optional blood drawing but I turned it down because I'm not a fan of needles. She prescribed me finasteride for the first 3 months, then after it would be prescribed in 6 month doses. It's important to get finasteride and not propecia (finasteride is the generic form and works exactly the same at a fraction of the cost). Furthermore it's important to get the 5mg finasteride instead of 1mg. I just requested this at the doctor since it's cheaper.
Propecia 1mg sells for like $70/m, finasteride 5mg sells for $2/m. Whole doctors appt took 5 minutes. I asked about any side effects and she said there's pretty much none. Should be easy for anyone to get.
She didn't even check my hairline.

Does anyone have an idea how much (good) surgery costs?

10K+
As cheap as the products have become, I'd rather just pop a one daily pill until the point I just don't care how much hair I have. If you get Rogaine, you can get the "Kirkland" brand off Amazon - it's only like $30 for six month supply.

study up on anti-dht supplements and dht blockers.
I read up on it and it said there is a gel you can rub on your scrotum. I'm definitely interested now.

Men aren't supposed to fret over trivial shite like hair. Get your fatass in the gym and work on the things that matter: strength, speed, conditioning, and flexibility.
i was college athlete, practice yoga regularly and keep myself in decent condition, my slowest and least flexible day is likely better than your best ever. but nice try at trying to sound cool or whatever

Got on finasteride 5 months ago. I shite you not, it completely stopped the balding, even growing some of it back right now. Guess how much I pay for a 6 month supply of it? $8 without insurance. Yeah, I have no problem being on this for the next 20 years.
gonna check this out, baw!

Do you use the generic brand of finasteride?

Go transgender. Start taking testosterone blockers and estrogen boosters. No more testosterone under your scalp and you will have beautiful hair and can use more bathrooms. It's a win win

Tell me how improving those qualities doesn't contribute to overall health sporto.
Are you one of those fat guys that can lift a lot but gets winded climbing two flights and has a cholesterol level of 245? Or are you the ripped gym rat that can't scratch his own back, skips leg day, and whose idea of cardio is the 15 minute walk on the treadmill while chatting up the cardiobunnies?
Health is more than how much you can bench. Anyone seriously interested overall health knows it's about balance. Strength is one spoke on the wheel man. Can you really not see the idea that being faster, having better balance, and being more flexible are good things?

If that's the case than I salute you dude. Now, being that accomplished physically and competitively, why are you worried about something as trivial as hair? It's just hair.

First of all, please calm down sir. You seem very worked up and I'm not sure why. Please quote where I said it didn't contribute to a healthy life. Please quote where I said those are not good things.
I said it's not necessary for a healthy life like you're claiming. Please tell me why working on your speed and agility is necessary for a healthy life.
