I read all that, and I feel sorry for you, dude. After thinking about it, the only way you will be rid of the problem is to move or have her "go on a long vacation to a swampy area and never come back." Unfortunately, women only get crazier the older they get and she will be a thorn the size of a Jesus - crown in your side for the rest of yalls time as neighbors.

This requires swift action. You have to assert your dominance. Take a shite on her welcome mat. If that doesn't work ascending demonstrations of power will have to be made. Consult later if step one doesn't work.

1.Put your side of the fence back up with the shitty side facing her property.
2. Never ever ever park in your driveway ever again. Always park in the street. (Preferably with your boat attached)
3. Are you allowed to change the color of your trash cans? If so, paint them the ugliest, brightest, color you can and start putting them out the day before trash day and bringing them back in, the day after trash day.
4. Do all of your drinking in your front yard from now on.
5. Every single time anyone uses her pool, grab your 8 foot ladder and lean it over the fence and start complaining to anyone over there about all the noise and splashing.
That should get you started

I would do five things:
1. Document everything listed below with details, dates, etc. Continue doing it for any future events.
2. Install security cameras. Especially with visual of the fence line to record the next incident.
3. When that next instance of harassment comes. Notify the police. And continue to do it each and every time.
4. Inform the HOA each time she harasses you and your family as well.
5. Call an attorney.

My BP went up just reading that. Sucks you have a crazy neighbor but try to use her craziness to your benefit. Start recording her and her crazy actions. Once you have enough, go to police to prove harassment.
