What's is a politically correct way to get rid of "the people" hanging out at the mall running off paying customers?

Shut them down.

Malls are so 1980s anyway.

Eliminate malls. The rest of the country has adopted this movement. You don't see any more closed air shopping centers being built for a reason.

nothing, its a free country, at least as long as the democrats aren't allowed to run things.

try playing celine deon music or country music, they will run very far away to avoid having to hear it

Show up early and walk in the opposite direction of the flow and shoulder bump everyone over 60.

Play country music on the outdoor speakers, this has been used before fairly effectively without drawing any real attention

This is the answer. The individual stores are not going to tolerate the loitering. People aren't going to go to an outdoor mall to sit in center court and roast their arse in the sun.

Charge admission?

Allow it to be used for store credit inside the mall.

Play light rock music in your store.. Not loud, but just loud enough that it creates an environment that will not attract loiterers.
