Get a religious group to set up shop inside the mall right where the nonshoppers hang out. Now that mardi gras is over....those people with the signs that tell everyone on Bourbon Street they are going to hell likely have some spare time on their hands.

I got to the mall twice a year...... each time I wonder the same thing. I feel terrible for the poor store owners.

Charge $5 for parking and validate it if you spend money in the mall. Works well at canal place.

The boardwalk in Bossier is open air and large groups of non customer teenagers have pretty much ruined it at times, no one wants to be around uncontrollable teenagers walking around holding their dicks.

Yeah, the problem is that if those whackjobs start in on the people in the mall, they might find out whether the afterlife is real way quicker than they expected.

Start playing classical music over the speaker system. A few McDonalds up north did this a few years ago and "the people" scattered like cockroaches when the lights get turned on.
