I am in law school and memorized this statement for my Constitutional Criminal Procedure exam, and the damn professor did not ask an essay question on the "Fruit of the Poisonous Tree Doctrine," so I will use it here.
Has the taint been sufficiently attenuated? The temporal proximity is too close, the taint remains.
