Nope, its being documented separately. Here's where we were at as of January 9:

quote:

Based on NCHS mortality surveillance data available on January 21, 2021, 14.7% of the deaths that occurred during the week ending January 16, 2021 (week 2), were due to pneumonia, influenza, and COVID-19 (PIC). This percentage is above the epidemic threshold of 7.0% for week 2. Among the 2,799 PIC deaths reported for this week (week 2), 1,774 had COVID-19 listed as an underlying or contributing cause of death on the death certificate and four listed influenza

They are being lumped in.....

If masks don’t work at all, where did the flu go this year? I’ll hang up and listen. TIA
Japan and South Korea are mask-wearing countries every year and they often have worse flu seasons than we do. Checkmate, smooth brain.

Nah, I knew exactly how it would go. Bottom line, I knew a bunch of people who had the flu last year and exactly 0 this year. There has to be a reason. And it’s not “they’re counting flu cases as covid”. Everyone I know who had covid(a lot) did not have flu symptoms.

Medical professionals claim masks help, but apparently the OTards know better. GED vs. medical school, I’ll go with the doctors. Sorry baws.

Again, who claims that masks do nothing for all sicknesses?

Lol the American medical journal literally says to go outside and breathe fresh air.

You constantly inhaling your breathe can just cause you to keep inoculating yourself increasing viral load.

Everything from Gonorrhea to hemorrhoids is labeled as Covid, how could the flu possibly hide?

A virus can in fact invade and modify another virus. What this may lead to only time will tell. In the past the influenza virus would become an issue when Vitamin D levels fell. Who knows if the COVID virus has changed this?

Your body has antibodies for the flu and cold, plus many get the flu shot. You can come into contact with the flu and cold virus and not get it due to your antibodies.

No one had antibodies for the Rona when it came out. If you came into contact with it, you were probably gonna get it.
With all the countermeasures we are doing for the Rona, everyone doing more than we’ve ever done for the flu and cold (social distancing, vitamins, washing hands, masks, etc), your chance of getting the flu and cold are a lot lower this year.

The flu is around its just documented as covid.

I asked a pediatrician friend last week about flu numbers. He is seeing significantly fewer cases of flu than normal at this time of year.

In the Covid numbers

Not to mention, neither virus is a good reason to shut down the country.

How many people have worn a mask and still gotten the covid? Seems like if mask work no one would get the covid if they wear their mask.

Plus if masks work so well, why not just wear your mask and not give a frick if someone else isn't wearing one?
