Another teenager murdered in Shreveport

Shreveport in general is full of peace and understanding and searching desperately for equality.
They deserve some privilege too. I wonder if they'll have a problem with fragility too, if they get the privilege they so deserve.

Shreveport, much like many other cities in the US, started seeing an increase in crime the last 5 year or so
that is after a nationwide 20 year decline
we haven't reached late 80s or early 90s level crime yet, but we are not trending down anymore
