Really dude? If you're making north of $150k you think your kids should be eating beanie weanies and wearing clothes from the goodwill just because you and their mom couldn't get along?

150k won't buy much more than that if you remarry and have a new wife with more kids. What happens if your wife won't give up the poon anymore and is constantly bitching about shite? You try to work it out but you are miserable and go through divorce? Are you not supposed to live you life happy because your ex wife wants all your money?

If you live in the hood and don't support your offspring, you're a TPOS. If you live in a subdivision in Prairieville and don't support your offspring, you're a victim of an unfair judicial system, apparently.

You have to support your children's no matter what but sometimes they take that shite overboard. My parents divorced in 83 and I think my dad paid $350 a month for me until I was 18 which was 1999. He went way above and beyond that $350 but it wasn't required by the courts.

The thing is that child support in places STARTS at 20% of your income.

And you have zero control of how that is spent realistically.

So if you are making 150k take home, you have to write the mother with custody a 2.5 grand check a month.

And potentially watch her get a nicer house and car than she can afford while the kids are eating beanie weanies and wearing goodwill.

This has more to do with the fact that one should be very choosy when it comes to doing the deed. Free pussy can be quite expensive.

You're children should be more than given necessities. Your logic is that your children should be some other sucker's problem? You're a piece of shite.

Lot's of people on this board are showing that they have no idea about divorce or child support laws.

That does not mean the laws are fair, just like the Internal Revenue Code mentions "FAIR" only in conjunction with "FAIR MARKET VALUE".

So the kids don't deserve it? I feel sorry for your kids.

If the man can provide better for the kids than the woman, why doesn't he get the kids?

He implied his children are worth only basics and if they were worth more than it should be the burden of another man.

That has nothing to do with child support. I know plenty of people that pay child support but also take care of their kids in ways they decide not writing a check to the ex wife. Does the ex wife benefit? Sure if they buy the kid a car or pay tuition the wife doesn't have to. If that's a problem keep your dick in your pants.

Oklahoma used to be one of those states. Don't know if still is....

I knew and worked with a few guys that it was their woman's 2nd or 3rd marriage, previous guys kids, they were trying to stick current guy with the 20% through the courts. The guys literally quit high paying jobs and went and intentionally took dishwasher jobs at restaurants to avoid getting screwed by the courts.

If that 20% law is still in effect in OK you can bet OKC is full of gold digging sluts looking for a big paycheck courtside NBA.

The real problem is that females who date professional male athletes have been getting away with this type of shite for years, and

Aren't you the guy who was making a case for the irate racist Target woman?
Now, this woman somehow made Allen bust a nut in her for a payday?

Lmao. Typical

No way these athletes, including Allen, are horrible husbands, cheated, spent little time with their families, and forget to pay at all for their kids after separation and divorce right?

He made TONS of money, and I bet he spent most of it on total bullshite. That 16 million sounds like it is backpay. Why is it backpay? He spent all of his money on something other than his kids.
