You’re such a douche and liar when it comes to Nola half the time. I’ve lived on magazine since 2016. There’s a FRACTION of the people visiting there compared to pre covid. Just look up pictures from the champagne stroll. Used to be slammed now you have crowd on a couple blocks. Many places have closed and most have reduced hours.
And the crowds or visitors on weekdays and weekends are a smaller numbers every week.

Champagne stroll was slammed from above Napoleon to well past Washington.

Quit overreacting

Crowds change and come and go. Inflation and recession ain't helping people shop high end.

The company determined that their other brand, Juan's Flying Burrito, was more profitable and there are more of them.

They stopped selling most of their pizza by the slice a few years ago. They changed ownership and went down fast

Was surprised to see no traffic or parked cars yesterday at Jackson and Magazine around 2:30 pm. Looked dead.

Slice was owned by Juan’s and virtually never turned a reliable profit. They sold it and it is what you see today.

It won’t become a Juan’s Flying Burrito.

Seems like there will be nothing left but Popeyes, Raising Canes, Burger King, Mr John’s, Taco place, and Houston’s now.

As the elites want it. No culture or small businesses allowed. Just faceless bland corporations. Keep you damn mouth shut and enjoy your section 8 pod and roasted crickets

Resturants are always coming and going in that stretch. Irish House closed, the guy with the killer Pizza, the fondue place. Just one that will probably be replaced later.

Sucks, but restaurants are a tough business

Damn, didn't realize Voodoo BBQ and Blind Pelican were closed too.

Both have been closed for quite a while. Everything at the blind pelican location seems to struggle.
