I think this is a result of weight loss and some what obsessively working out.
Either causes this gaunt chiseled face.

Guys - she had some work done to go from this to this… if you think she has never had work done since she was young you have not been paying attention or simply too naive…
She definitely had a top plastic surgeon back in the ‘90s and 2000s though

The rest existed previously but it didn't seem as out of place. She's been getting plastic surgery for decades (lol at the "natural" comments ITT)
