There's gotta be more to this. How does a jury not find this guy guilty?

Because they're brainwashed from birth that cops are good from TV, the media, the government, etc. It's one of the only jobs you can murder someone and still not go to jail. The military has more severe punishments than the civilian system.

I was also able to find out the cop that did the shooting was not the one barking out the ridiculous orders.

You know, when cops get to this stage where they can shoot with relative impunity, it's time to change the way the public and cops interact.

It's obvious the overwhelming majority of officers can handle situations like this but the problem is when you have one who can't, someone will get hurt or killed. A cops life is no more valuable than the public they are theoretically supposed to protect.

When people talk of the militarization of the police, this comes to mind. It's not really the military equipment, it's the "us vs them" mentality many have.

That video was absolutely brutal. And it should terrify you. Who the frick trained these morons? They should be held accountable as well.

The guy was obviously distraught and confused and trying his absolute hardest to comply. And the stupidass cop in charge gave an order to: cross your legs and then crawl with you legs crossed and your hands up without falling and overcome your subconscious instincts if you're going to fall while performing that impossible task I just gave you. Please tell me that cop is not on the force any more. Those instructions were as bizarre as they were unfollowable.

And then right after they shoot him they just run past him to the door. If they were just going to run down that hallway anyway, why not cuff the poor dude when he's on the ground. There were 5 officers there. Every one of them should have their badges taken away.

And the guy with the body cam's handling of that gun the entire video was cringy. Why did he keep switching hands on the trigger?

That cop should be thrown into general population for life with a shirt that reads: I'm a cop who gunned down an unarmed man.

Cop looks like a tatted-up psycho.
Looks like murder to me.

Why make him crawl. He's on his belly and all. Just walk up to him. All of the unnecessary commands just gives way to finding a reason.

If that were my brother on the ground, I'd pay his arse back one way or another.

Agreed.

Someone explain the reasoning behind this command to me:

Cross your legs and crawl on your knees keeping your legs crossed with your hands straight up in the air and do not fall and if you do fall do not use your instincts just smack your head on the ground.

Seriously. Try to do that right now. Try to crawl with your legs crossed and your hands up. Then imagine 5 psychos are pointing loaded rifles at you and screaming at you while you do it.

Yeah, but San Francisco jury let off an illegal immigrant so this equalizes it all out.

Seriously, if concerned citizens would start executing these motherfrickers afterwards then it would stop.

I don't know which is more disturbing, a psychopathic cop committing old blooded murder of an innocent, unarmed civilian laying on the ground, or a criminal justice system that finds him not guilty.

Think about this guy being you, your son, or your brother.

Did you catch the part where the cops AR-15 was inscribed with "You're fricked" on it.

Is that police issue?

Yeah. Gen Pop in a maximum security prison with a shirt that reads: I'm a cop. I killed an unarmed man with his hands up.
